Under the advice of NSW Health our Executive committee has paused all commercial hiring of our clubhouse.  We are only accepting bookings for non profit/ community groups who cannot find an alternative space.

These bookings must comply 100% with our Covid-19 plan, they must provide their own Covid-19 Plan and a Covid-19 Marshall.

They must comply with our cleaning procedures and register either with Services NSW or my.guestlist.com

We love to hire out our club, but there are a few things you may like to know, before you get in touch with us.

Our club operates with a Limited license, allowing bar service only to members and their invited guests.  To allow a private function, wedding or party, the applicant needs to employ a Caterer/Licensee with a license to run a Function on other Premises.  A security guard must also be present during the hire period.

We can help you with this, as we have licensees that we recommend and that are familiar with our club, however their business is snow business, so we are restricted to Summer weddings with them.

We can also help with suggested caterers for your food requirements.

We are restricted to a maximum of 100 guests  and the evening hire must end at 11.30pm. The cost of hire is $1,000.00
